Specific learning difficulties (Dyslexia as it is commonly known) can be a major worry.

We do not have a miracle cure, but we can often help. Approximately 35% of Dyslexics have a visual component to their problem, this group of people often respond well with fairly simple exercises.

No magic wands, but children in Year 2 or 3 at school can be helped considerably. If you are worried about your child, make an appointment to see us, mentioning at the time you would like a dyslexia assessment.

The BDA is the voice of dyslexic people. This site has information about your local dyslexia association.

Our vision is that of a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people to reach their potential.

Please contact I.J.Brown for any advice relating to Dyslexia.                                    Please look at the BDA link for information.
